"Great location, great facilities, lovely accommodation, good service, superb views. The only downside was actually some people’s lack of consideration towards others - stomping feet like herd of elephants or moving furniture around on the top floor at 10pm or 6am , or ‘singing’/screaming like possessed from their balcony at night.
