"Lovely place to stay with a view that blew us away …. could see the sea and beautiful coast over Dromana and safety Beach from our bedroom and big outdoor verandah X2 deck chairs ready to soak it all in ! Large comfy couch TV and well equipped kitchen , nice fresh towels ……very comfy thank you ! We enjoyed the beautiful scenic circuit walk around the summit where Eagle chairlift originates just a 10 minute walk away. Easy car park nearby and check in seamless and easy to follow instructions without any intrusion .We would definately stay here again. "

"The location of the property is fantastic and perfect for a relaxing stay near the beach. The booking, communication, and check-in process were all very smooth and easy. We were also kindly offered a late checkout, which was amazing for families travelling with small kids and something we really appreciated.A couple of small things could possibly be improved for future guests. There was a bit of confusion around the number of bedrooms and showers from the listing, so adding a little more detail or clarity there might help. We also ran out of tissues after the second night — not sure if they were meant to be complimentary — but since the booking was for a larger group, we expected a little more stocking. We also couldn’t make use of the BBQ as it didn’t appear to be very well cleaned.That said, the property itself is lovely and very spacious. The kids especially enjoyed the unique bed setup and had a lot of fun going up and down. The kitchen was clean and well equipped with plenty of basic items like a toaster and other essentials, which made it easy to prepare meals. Overall, we had a nice stay and appreciate the host’s efforts to make the experience comfortable."

"HelloWe had some small issues with the accommodation whick we feel could be improved upon.1. The dining room table was very sticky to touch and when playing cards the cards stuck to the table. We had to clean the to remove what appeared to be the varnish which had gone sticky.2. There was some coffee cups in the cupboard that were chipped one quite severely.3. There were not enough towels for all of us we had to search for additional towels and found some in the garage.4.Some of the light switches worked the wrong way - normally you make them down to be ON. For example in the upstairs bedroom with ensuite the heat and fan switches were up for OFF but the light switch had to be down for OFF.5. The showers do not have a small shelf to put shampoo or soap on you need to keep bending over and picking it up from the floor.6. There was a number of out of date food items in the cupboards.7. There was only a small amount of clothes washing powder was available. The box was also very old. expiry date 20258. The back outside area had alot of long weeds which made it unusable. I would just pave the whole area.I"

"We were very happy with our accomodation and the instructions from Clinton were very clear. My only suggestion is that the steps leading down to the driveway felt somewhat unsafe. A handle would have been good, as I am 75. A great house."
