While the room is identical to suite 1, the view is not and the photos used for suite 3 are from suite 1\. Only a minor issue but we used the photos as a guide of what the view was like and were slightly disappointed. When we finally got into our cold dark room with the dirty table, cup stains etc there was a scruffy piece of paper telling you to order breakfast the night before or you wouldn’t get it! No idea of friendly customer service at all. Luckily the owner realises that this isn’t the job for them as the place is surrounded by for sale signs. Despite being fleeced for $320 to stay in this miserable place we decided to go elsewhere and left.
