"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved having 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and comfort for the affordable price! Spiral stairs were tricky so I am grateful my mother could use the downstairs bedroom & bathroom. Very well stocked with everything we needed. We checked out in the dark am hours and couldn't find the dumpster for our trash? The entire property could use a little more street or parking lights. It is very dark at night. Maybe that is a plus though for the people who live nearby."

"Overall, everything at the property was great! I think it was newly updated - new bedding, bathroom accessories, kitchen items, etc. all seemed pretty new. It was clean and nicely decorated. Any questions I had were quickly addressed via email. The kitchen cabinets (doors and drawers) could use replacing eventually as they are old and gummy. That's my only issue as they seemed a little gross to touch. All in all, it was a great place to stay! Close to Durango and the train goes right by in the back of the property which is cool (not loud though). Thanks for a great stay!"
