I loved this property! Great location, budget price, friendly staff, good breakfast! And clean to boot! I will definitely stay again. My only suggestion would be to update the worn out carpeting to an easy to clean plank or vinyl flooring.

clean rooms and grounds , helpful staff. parking available close to rooms. Nice location with restaurants in easy walking distance and river across the street behind the property. our 2nd level room was quiet. Breakfast was average. The white sheer curtain in our room was worn otherwise everything looked good and worked well. We would stay there again

Check in was great, staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was lower level ( much appreciated) but next to smoking area. Parking was tight but cant help other guest cant park big trucks in the lines. Room was clean (cleaning smell was strong) Room was dated, bed was a spring coiled so uncomfortable for my liking ( my problem not thiers) and the bathroom room could have used a refresh but over all not a bad experience.
