"From the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff in the lobby were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Our room was very clean, it was spacious, and despite there being quite a few kids staying at the resort, we had the best sleep in almost 2 weeks of travelling. We hardly heard anything! The pool area was great and we really enjoyed sipping a cocktail and relaxing. There were ample seats to choose from. We checked out quite early and Ryan in reception was amazing. The only thing that I wished was different was that we booked for longer! We will definitely be staying again on our next visit to Townsville!"

"I like the overall convenience of the property in relation to the Cowboys Leagues Club, Stadium and Ferry. Staff we also very friendly and helpful."

"Overall very good choice for a few days in Townsville. Clean motel style room and bathroom. Good wifi TV etc. Quiet apart from the odd Stone Curlew; but possibly a little noisy if there is a Cowboys game on the weekend. Woolworth’s a short walk away. 10 minutes to restaurants in South Townsville. Staff friendly and could not have been more helpful. "
