VRBO personnel had no understanding of our situation and couldn’t give proper advice. Sorry I feel cheated after hours of explaining the situation on the phone. I have a good mind to alert the media. "You're supposed to get the code to access the property 24 hours before. We had agreed with the manager that we would check in at 1pm and at 12:45pm we still hadn't received it. We texted both directly and through the app with no response. I called several times. The owner finally picked up and said, I'll send you the code and then rudely hung up without saying anything else. We didn't get the code until 2:30 pm and by that time, we had found a different place to stay. Poor communication. And def poor customer service. "

"The suite was very clean and in good shape. They gave us a nice welcome with a sign and treats. Bedrooms were very spacious. Overall it was very good. Did not receive the doorcode on time, but did respond quickly to message when asked for it. Also very will very willing to accommodate special request. Would recommend more mirrors in the suite for when multiple people need to get ready."
