Heritage Pointe Golf Course

This is our second then staying here and we love that each room has a closing bedroom door and kitchenette. The rooms are small, and it’s far from a luxury stay haha. But everything is clean and the staff is great! Beds are very comfy, and they give 3 types of pillow options for each bed which I love as I’m picky! They also provide a smaller lighter blanket if heavy hotel blankets aren’t your thing, so over all. Never had a bad time here! My only negative I will say is that the pool is absolutely freezing and not suitable for small babies or toddlers. They could really work on the heat level and then I would give it more stars! We will be back for sure!

Never saw any staff no one at the front. They never sent my check in information as promised. Not sure why I have to chase them down to receive check in instructions it should have been provided to me. The phone number is rarely answered, when they do they promise to send items to the room then they never show. Very frustrating and poor service. We knew there was no check in desk but they are very slow and lazy getting back to people. We liked the room but also they say it sleeps 6 and there’s no way it sleeps more than 4. The signage is horrible we couldn’t find the gym or the pool you’re forced to walk around the parkade in your bathing suit looking for the pool with no signs around. The floor is very slippery and unsafe!

Enjoyed the stay. 2 bedroom suite was very spacious. Great location to town and ski bus.
