Schöne kleines Ferienhäuschen (Wohnung) in ruhiger Lage. Fußläufig sind LIDL, REWE, Strandpromenade, Strand und Gastronomie zu erreichen. Mit der UsedomCard ist man in den drei Kaiserbädern nicht aufs eigene Auto angewiesen ( kostenfreie Nutzung der UBB Regionalbusse.
