High, bright rooms, modern and high-quality furnishings, as well as light-filled loggias and balconies create a special living atmosphere. A historic staircase and the existing lift highlight the building’s unique character. The lift stops halfway up the staircase between each floor. From the very first day of your holiday, enjoy the special charm of this extraordinary villa and its charming location between the nearby Baltic Sea beach and the coastal forest. One parking space is available for each apartment for a fee. Bed linens are provided and already made up for your arrival; towels are also provided. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the building (2 Mbit/s). A lockable bike storage room with an outlet for charging bike batteries is available for your bicycles. Charging bike batteries inside the apartments is not permitted for insurance and safety reasons.
