Our tiny house, with about 25 square metres of living space, has everything you need for a relaxing getaway!<br>Quietly and privately located, right next to the Schloonsee Nature Park, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the historic centre of Bansin.<br><br>Start your morning with a quick dip in the Baltic Sea, followed by breakfast on the sun terrace with a view of the greenery—pure relaxation!<br><br>Shopping, cafes, restaurants, a pharmacy, doctors, and much more are all nearby. <br>The house features a terrace and a small private garden that is completely fenced in. <br>A free parking spot is available right next to the house for your vehicle. <br><br>The tiny house is equipped with a kitchen (stove, sink, refrigerator with freezer compartment, cooking utensils), a bathroom with natural light (shower, sink, toilet), a dining and living area with a sleeper sofa, a sleeping loft (1.80 m x 2 m), and a small porch.<br>Adjacent to the house is a sun terrace with patio furniture.<br>Please bring your own bed linens and towels.<br><br>Bansin train station is about a 10-minute walk away, and the drive to Heringsdorf Airport takes about 20 minutes.<br>On-site support is available for our guests, and we are of course always available to answer any questions you may have.<br><br><br>
