It is situated in a quiet residential area, so you can reach shops, restaurants, and the beach on foot. The distance to the Baltic Sea is about 1.5 kilometres. <br><br>Thanks to the apartment’s well-designed layout, the 36 square metres are distributed among a large living and sleeping area, a very well-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom. The living space has an open layout, so the small dining table, the sofa, and the sleeping area flow seamlessly into one another. <br>The kitchen is physically separated from the living area and features a freestanding refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, and a glass-ceramic cooktop. A kettle, toaster, and coffee maker are, of course, provided. <br>The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
