The Theodor Storm holiday rental, located on the ground floor of the Authors’ House, is the perfect choice if you’re looking for space, comfort, and a relaxed atmosphere. The light-filled rooms, the meticulously laid parquet flooring, and the tasteful, Mediterranean-inspired decor make for a special living experience here. In the living room with dining area, you can relax on the comfortable leather couch. On cold days, the crackling wood-burning stove makes it nice and cosy here. The small kitchenette is complemented by a dining area in the living space. The bedroom, featuring a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m), accommodates 2 adults and 1 toddler (up to 2 years old) in a travel cot and includes a spacious built-in closet. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet. Another highlight is the wraparound terrace, which is sure to be a relaxing spot, especially in the morning and afternoon hours. Upon request, we can provide a travel cot (without an additional mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair (for an extra charge) for our young guests. For your convenience, the beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. The Wi-Fi network in the apartment is available free of charge.


The Autorenhaus, a villa with a literary past. After two years of renovation, this beautiful villa welcomed guests for the first time in 2009. Formerly known as Wilhemshöh, this house was already one of the first guesthouses in the area at the turn of the century. With its luxurious elegance in the style of classic seaside resort architecture, its prime location, and its exceptionally comfortable apartments, it will live up to this reputation and once again become one of the most prestigious properties in the imperial spa town. Located just about 50 m from the white sandy beach and only about 250 m from the historic pier—Ahlbeck’s landmark—the Autorenhaus enjoys a very quiet yet central location. Each holiday apartment has a designated parking space. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s basement for a fee.
