Kaisers Across the Street 06 - Fantastic View of Friedenstrasse

Welcome to the stylish and historic Kaiser vis a vis building. Located in the heart of the seaside resort of Heringsdorf, this building offers the perfect base for a wide range of holiday activities, with the beach just a short walk away. Restaurants and cafes are just a few metres away. A bar with seasonal outdoor seating is located on the ground floor of the building.

The 63-square-meter two-room apartment, number 06, is located on the ground floor of the building. The maritime decor and bold shades of blue give the living and dining areas, as well as the bay window, a distinctive character and leave a lasting impression. Here, you’ll feel right at home the moment you arrive. Relax with a book on the couch or settle into the armchairs in the bay window to watch the hustle and bustle on the shopping street or lose track of time while watching a film.
Just a few steps away, you’ll find nearby restaurants—or you can take the opportunity to prepare your own meal. Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, you’ll have everything you need for your holiday.
The bedroom is tastefully decorated in subtle colours and offers a relaxing atmosphere with its double bed, closet, chest of drawers, and TV. A third and fourth guest can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. You can access the balcony from the bedroom. Enjoy the sweeping view of the town with a glass of wine in hand and unwind for a moment. The bathroom is spacious and perfectly complements the comfort of your stay thanks to two sinks, a toilet, a shower, and a bathtub.

The high chair already provided in the apartment, as well as the travel cot (which includes a mattress but no linens), make this especially family-friendly. You can safely store your bicycles in the building’s basement. However, the basement is accessible only via a staircase. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. You can park your car in the local car park, which is approximately 300 metres from the accommodation.
