Wir waren bereits 2019 in der Wohnung noch unter anderen Betreibern. Leider hat sich der Zustand kaum verbessert. Der Heizkörper im Bad rostet immer noch vor sich hin und fehlt teilweise die Farbe. Der Schrank in einem Zimmer wird von Tape zusammen gehalten. Die Fliegengitter sind teilweise eingerissen. Das Küchenequipment ist dürftig, nicht einmal ein Flaschenöffner konnten wir finden. Die Spülmaschine hatte auch bessere Zeiten, die Tür ging nur mit viel Fingerspitzengefühl zu. Der Sonnenschirm war bei Anreise defekt. Nach mehrmaligem Kontakt mit dem Verwalter hat es allerdings 3 Tage gedauert bis wir einen neuen Mini Sonnenschirm bekommen haben. Die Außenanlage ist leider auch nicht mehr so gepflegt wie 2019. Alles in allem ist der Preis stark gestiegen, aber die Qualität weiter gesunken,leider.

Der erste Eindruck der Wohnung war gut. Die Räume waren hell und geräumig, was positiv auffiel. Bei genauerem Hinsehen entdeckte man jedoch einige Mängel. Die Heizkörper hatten leichte Rostschäden und waren teilweise schlecht übermalt, was ungepflegt wirkte. Die Einrichtung war veraltet und außer Mode, was den Gesamteindruck trübte. Auch gab es leichte Risse in einigen Wänden, die negativ auffielen. Die Aufteilung der Küchenutensilien war unpraktisch und undurchsichtig, was die Benutzung der Küche erschwerte. Das größte Problem war die Warmwasserversorgung, die schlecht oder gar nicht funktionierte und dringend repariert/Überholt werden sollte. Die technische Ausstattung der Wohnung war ansonsten in Ordnung. Die Lage der Wohnung war jedoch sehr gut und zentral, was für tägliche Erledigungen und Freizeitaktivitäten vorteilhaft war. Zusammenfassend machte die Wohnung zunächst einen guten Eindruck, zeigte aber bei genauerem Hinsehen einige Mängel, die behoben werden sollten, um den Wohnkomfort zu verbesser
