Arrive and feel right at home! On the ground floor of the house, a beautiful 3-room holiday apartment (70 square metres) in a beach style awaits you! Light colours and fabrics have been combined with beautiful wooden furniture and lovingly complemented by tasteful decorations. A perfect home away from home for 4 people and a toddler (up to 3 years old in a travel cot). The living area, featuring a comfortable seating area, flat-screen TV, and a beautiful gas fireplace (operated by remote control), opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and toilet complete the apartment. For your convenience, an initial set of linens (bed linens and towels) is provided. The lovely west-facing terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture. A parking space is available next to the house. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.


***Current Notice: Scaffolding will be erected on the rear building of the Dünenpalais from March 30 to 02.04.2027 in preparation for a planned facade renovation. The scaffolding is expected to be dismantled section by section between approximately May 15 and 21.05.2027.. Minor inconveniences may occur during this time. The balconies of the attic apartments 24, 25, and 26 will be unavailable during the work. While the scaffolding is being erected, the outdoor parking spaces may be temporarily unavailable during the day. Costs for alternative parking will be reimbursed. Please also note that scaffolding work is already taking place on the front building from March 18 to 25.03.2027. The dates listed are estimates and may change slightly as construction progresses.***
