A beautiful dining area invites you to linger and enjoy your meals. When the weather is nice, you can also enjoy your meal outside on the southwest-facing terrace (13 square metres). Bathed in sunlight, it’s also perfect for sunbathing. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a custom-built closet, and a flat-screen TV. Snuggling up and dreaming will become your favourite pastimes here. The beds are made upon arrival. There are also two bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet, and sink. Towels are provided. ***Construction Work in the Area***
Please note that renovation work on a historic villa on a neighbouring property at the rear of Kurstraße is expected to begin on 10.08.2026. Clearing, roofing, and facade work are planned through the end of the year. During the winter months, work is expected to continue primarily indoors. The renovation is currently scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2027. No construction work will take place during the Christmas and New Year’s Eve period. We ask for your understanding that there may be occasional disturbances due to noise or construction site traffic during the work.
