  • The historic “Villa am Ostseestrand” offers holiday apartments located right on the beach promenade in Heringsdorf. The 85-square-meter Upstalsboom 4-room apartment, usvo104, with a sunroom and terrace, can accommodate up to 6 people.

    The Location
    The holiday rental faces east and is located on the mezzanine level of the beautiful villa, which was built in the classic style of seaside resort architecture. The expansive sandy beach and the promenade are right on your doorstep. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés. There are also a variety of recreational activities available, such as the OstseeTherme, tennis courts, and the sailing, surfing, and kitesurfing school. The popular Heringsdorf pier, with its shops, restaurants, and shell museum, is within easy walking distance.


    Amenities This non-smoking apartment with a sunroom features free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, ceramic cooktop with oven, and microwave. Wir waren dieses Jahr das erstmal dort und sind verzaubert. Wir wurden immer freundlich und herzlich am Telefon sowie bei der Anreise bedient. Es wurden alle Fragen sehr freundlich und herzlich beantwortet. Die Wohnung war super groß, wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei Kinder da und haben super wohl gefühlt. Für uns lag die Wohnung super zentral. Wir konnten alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen und hatten sogar eine Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Das nächste Jahr wissen wir wo wir wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen möchten genau dort. Auch das Hotel Upstalsboom war sehr freundlich was wir auch gerne genutzt haben zum Essen gehen, baden oder auch mal ein paar leckere Cocktails.

Eigentlich alles: Die gepflegte Wohnung in einem stilvollen Haus alter Bäderarchitektur – das schöne Ambiente mit Wintergarten und kleinem Garten – die Nähe zu einem sehr schönen Strandabschnitt von nur etwa 100 m – die Lage zwischen Ahlbeck und Heringsdorf, beide fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Dankeschön! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Kurzurlaub über Pfingsten

Wir waren zu 6 (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, ordentlich und sehr gemütlich. Die Fotos zeigen zu 100% wie die Wohnung ist. Ein kleiner Schrank im Flur fehlte uns allerdings, einfach mal um die Tasche abzulegen oder die Schuhe zu verstauen. Ein kleinen Manko habe ich dennoch, die Situation mit dem Parkplatz ist ziemlich unschön. Eine Wohnung für 6 Erwachsene und dann nur 1 Parkplatz, der extra gezahlt werden muss für die Wohnung ist einfach nicht gut durchdacht.
