The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation.
The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen.
Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

The room was large and very nice with great amenities. We also really enjoyed going to the private and shaded garden with a glass of wine to relax in peace and quiet.

I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel is, I didn't know what to expect. It is in an unassuming location, it's very clean.
The breakfast was great!
The only negative thing about this place is that the process for room cleaning is a little unclear, apparently you have to scan a code to request for your room to be cleaned.
The staff was friendly.
