The room was excellent, and the tables in the courtyard made it possible to have a nice al fresco breakfast and evening drink. The hotel contacted us to get our estimated arrival time and one of the owners greeted us, gave us a map and explained the town layout and gave us great restaurant tips (try Peskesi in particular). The hotel owner Thomas was the best... he went out of his way to make sure our visit was perfect. As an American you know we love ice in our drinks he was able to get me ice packs for my room... above and beyond. I will always stay when i go to crete.
