Renovation going on at the moment but this did not impact on our stay, except that the room we stayed in needed some tlc. I'm sure that the issues we raised with the lovely staff will be attended to. We were offered another room but were happy to stay with the minor issues.

A friendly welcome from the host. He went out of his way to book us an alternative evening meal and taxi as the restaurant was booked up that day. Room was as expected. Breakfast was good and a good choice available all with friendly service.

We had a wonderful stay at The Bulkeley. Overall the hotel was clean, charming and very well located. Our sea view room with a four poster bed was really tastefully decorated, with period features and a modern bathroom. The views out the window were also beautiful when the sun shone! Staff were lovely and the breakfast and coffee served with it was very tasty. I would definitely recommend staying!

Lovely hotel. Our room was in The Town House. It was large and had everything you need. Comfy bed, lots of sockets, big bathroom with good shower. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Friendly staff. No parking at the hotel but that wasn’t a problem as there is a big car park a short walk away which only cost £6 for 24hours. Would definitely stay there again.

We love the Old Victorian town, it is clean and very much a seaside town with the promenade the pier and beaches facing easterly and westerly!. We love touring around the Great Orme and seeing the mountain goats hanging off the rocks... and going to the top of the hill to see the spectacular views and have a quiet beverage or two in the cafe.
The town has lots of restaurants and bars, and plenty of little shops as well as the bigger stores. Its all so refreshing.

Just returned from a 2 night stay at Llandudno Bay Hotel, beautiful room overlooking the sea, very clean and furniture and decor to a high standard. Stayed for a meal on the first night and could not fault it.
Would highly recommend this Hotel is well worth a visit.

Amazing food in the restaurant with very large portions. We stayed in room 4 which was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Beds are very comfy and the room temperature was comfortable. The staff were very friendly. We will definitely be returning.

Hotel staff are so helpful and accommodating. We had a really great two night stay with our little dog. Nothing was too much trouble, our room was pretty and super clean and the food was excellent. We ate from the full breakfast buffet in the bar area so we could have our dog with us on both mornings and enjoyed a lovely dinner in the dining room on the first night. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

arrived 15th Feb till 19th Feb 2016 little bit apprehensive as price was excellent for 3 adults (parents and 16 yr old austistic son) once you get through the door you can tell it is well looked after even though some update work still going on
room was big enough for us and clean with sea view
breakfast choice was excellent ...happy happy would book again
