Great location, very close to the kenting old street and bus stops. Room was decently clean, no elevators so make sure you pack light or work out. Have the basic hotel amenities. Ibiza II guesthouse is located on a small quite lane leading to Dawan beach. A very convenient location, 2min walking upward to Kenting Night walking street or 3min walking downward to the beach. The guesthouse is looking after by a family who well kept the place, clean and comfortable but the deco is out dated! You can freely access the guesthouse at any hours without problem since the Night walking street and shops are opened till mid night.
