- Welcome to this luxury multi-level, completely furnished, waterfront home. Built in 2007, this home is located near Mill Creek on the south side of Toledo Bend. It features a unique floor plan that can accommodate multiple families. With 2 complete kitchens, 2 large living areas, 2 interior fireplaces, 1 outdoor fireplace, 3 ½ baths, and 5 bedrooms, it will sleep 12 comfortably. The main level is also wheelchair accessible.
For those who like outdoor entertaining, you will love both tiled patios. The lower one offers seating and a gas grill. The upper patio includes outdoor dining, additional seating, and a fireplace.
Finally, this property features a 2 stall floating boat house with access to the water. This accommodation makes fishing, as well as other water activities, very enjoyable.
Private boat ramp is located in neighborhood and can be accessed with complementary pass.
