"I stayed in an upstairs room above the pub, with private bathroom. Comfortable, great value & the kitchenette facilities made self-catering easy. Friendly staff and a major supermarket a short walk/drive away. Would stay again for sure."
"Apart from the screaming from unit 5 at about 2am,we have enjoyed our stay, the unit above us has a spa bath when in use it sounds like a helicopter taking off,maybe management can look into it."

"Very welcoming open hosts who offer lovely facilities and great guest care. When i jokingly added "boerewors" (unique South African sausage) to the breakfast menu selection, the host drove to Burnie to source some (not easy to find) and lo and behold it appeared on my plate for breakfast! Fantastic service - above and beyond!"

"Loved my little get away. Beautiful little part of Tassie. Fantastic friendly service. Carolyn lent me her own personal phone charger for the duration of my stay ( forgot mine ). Lots of easy walking tracks around the river. Will definitely be back .
