"We had such an amazing stay! Beautiful, spacious condo with an unbeatable view of the ocean. Location was perfect and parking right on site. Close to anything you’d need and beautiful beaches. The pool and hot tub were right there easy to access off our patio. Beach chairs, umbrella, and extras were a great perk and addition for our trips to the beach. Roy was fantastic to deal with. He was quick to reply to any questions I had and overall a great host!! Highly recommend for your next stay in Grand Cayman! I can’t wait to be back! "

"Everything was great. I was unlucky and got bad weather so the pier wasn’t accessible and there were no chairs on the beach. Other than that, everything was great. The only downside was that the front desk was hard to reach even during opening hours."

"The property was amazing, we really loved the views and the cleanliness and the private balcony, we really enjoyed the amenities such as the hot tub and the pool, it was a smooth check in process and we had no issues finding the place as we received clear instructions before we arrived which was much appreciated! "This was the perfect place for our family to celebrate New Year. A short walk to Macabuca and Nova was also walkable with sturdy shoes along the beautiful shorefront. We also walked the whole of 7 mile beach from the condo and caught the public bus back which dropped as right outside Coconut Bay. We hope to stay again."

"Definitely the nicest property I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. I will definitely be rebooking any chance I get. Cleanliness was top tier, the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and anything I needed. The balcony was definitely where I spent most of my time the view was incredible!! "Expected a small, traditional island condo but was surprised by this spacious 2bdrm w/ 2 full baths, plus a huge backyard. High-end materials used throughout this condo screamed luxury. Kitchen had the electric water kettle, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, stove top kettle, blender, toaster, and what have you. External exhaust fan made it easy to cook inside, if not charcoal grilling on the backyard. Comfy memory foam mattresseses helped to recover after dives, snorkeling, and swimming. Three large screen TV's and fast Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. Fosters supermarket (Whole Foods and Wegmans alike quality) 10min by car. Cost-U-Less (a smaller version of Costco w/ no membership) 15min by car. Off beaten path public beaches on the Seven Mile row 10min by car. All public car parking on the island is free. There are a few choices for a nearby waterfront nights out, from GF asian VIVO to Nova's mouthwatering wahyu burger. Offshore diving across the street @Turtle Reef, where Indepth Watersports dive shop offers anything and everything, including trimix and rebreathers, plus certs for those if needed. DiveTech nearby offers trimix and DPVs, which come handy in currents. 30min to South side diving with Off The Wall Divers during northern wind times. Out-of-pocket, apples-to-apples, this place is a better alternative to local hotels and a great choice for an action packed vaca."
