The condo appears to have been completely renovated fairly recently and is even nicer than it appears in the photos. It was also comfortably furnished. And, the kitchen was well equipped. The pool and grounds were great. My son and I enjoyed breakfast on the patio each morning just staring across the pool to the ocean, watching the neighborhood chickens and one of the neighbors do her daily Tai Chi routine. It was very relaxing. It is also in a nice, quiet location within easy driving distance to a lot of pretty beaches and good restaurants. Being able to walk to The Cracked Conch (ate there twice and loved it) and Macabuca was a bonus. We will not hesitate to return." Many things are walking distance to include a grocery store. Right across the street is the beach with beautiful water. Mollies had the best pina colada and “pain in my A”. They had chairs and umbrellas. The home has all the beach essentials you need. Governors beach was incredible with great snorkeling right off the beach about 100 yards, even saw a nurse shark. Take the Red Sail boat to have breakfast with the sting rays is a must. Taxis are a bit pricy there is no Lyft or Urber.
