This romantic getaway is made for couples: a quiet studio inside a gated community, near downtown Helen yet a world away from the crowds. Your private deck looks straight into the woods, the tiled walk-in shower is waiting, and tonight's only plan is a glass of wine as the light fades.

THE STUDIO
Let yourself in through your own private entrance and the first thing you see is the four-poster king, dressed in soft white linens with a ceiling fan turning overhead. Warm bedside lamps, a wall-mounted TV with Roku, and fast Wi-Fi make it easy to settle in after a day of hiking, tasting, or wandering Helen. Air conditioning and heat keep the room comfortable in July and January alike, and glass doors open straight onto your deck. Extra pillows and blankets are on hand for slow mornings.

COFFEE, SNACKS, AND THE WET BAR
Mornings start at the kitchenette-style wet bar: a sink, mini fridge, microwave, and a Keurig coffee station stocked with coffee, mugs, and wine glasses. Brew a cup, get back under the covers, and decide later whether breakfast happens on the deck or in town. It is set up for easy breakfasts, cold drinks, and leftovers from dinner out. It is not a full kitchen: there is no stove or oven, so plan on eating out or bringing simple, ready-to-heat food.

THE BATHROOM
Rinse off the trail dust in the large tiled walk-in shower with a glass door, a built-in bench, and a handheld shower head. The granite double vanity has room for two, with fresh towels, starter toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer ready for you.

YOUR PRIVATE DECK
Step outside and the woods take over. The deck faces tall trees, so your wooded views change with the seasons: deep green in summer, fall color in October, and long sightlines through bare branches in winter. It is the best spot for coffee, a book, or a quiet conversation as the evening cools.

THE LITTLE THINGS
Hangers, an iron, a wardrobe, bed linens, and the everyday essentials are provided, along with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

LOCATION AND WHAT'S NEARBY
You are 1.3 miles, about a five-minute drive, from downtown Helen, the Bavarian-style alpine village known for its shops, bakeries, restaurants, and river tubing on the Chattahoochee. Come for Oktoberfest or a lazy summer float, then drive back up to the quiet of the trees when the streets get busy.

Inside the Innsbruck gated community you can use the shared community pool in season (open Memorial Day to Labor Day, closed the rest of the year) plus the tennis and pickleball courts, a short drive from the studio.

Valhalla Resort, less than a mile away, offers golf, spa treatments at Solasta Spa, dinner at the Caledonia Room, and mountain-view cocktails at the Sky Bar. These are run by a separate business, are open to the public, and charge their own fees.

A little farther out:
- Unicoi State Park: lake, trails, and paddling, a short drive
- Anna Ruby Falls: twin waterfalls on an easy paved trail, a short drive
- Dukes Creek Falls: a favorite waterfall hike, about 20 minutes
- Sautee Nacoochee wineries and tasting rooms: 20 to 30 minutes

A car is recommended for everything off the property.

WHO THIS STUDIO IS BEST FOR
- Couples on a romantic getaway: anniversaries, birthdays, or a long weekend where the biggest decision is coffee on the deck or breakfast in town.
- Oktoberfest and festival weekends: the fun of downtown Helen, with a quiet, gated retreat to come home to.
- Leaf-peepers chasing fall color: the deck faces the trees, and the waterfalls and state parks nearby are at their best in autumn.
- Hikers and wine lovers: a waterfall hike in the morning, wineries in the afternoon, and that walk-in shower waiting at the end of the day.
- Solo travelers who need a reset: a calm room with fast Wi-Fi and nothing to manage.

The studio sleeps two guests in one king bed, so it is not a fit for families or groups.

ARRIVAL AND ACCESS
The studio is one unit in a larger building with other rentals, and it has its own private entrance with a smart lock, so self check-in is simple any time after 4:00 PM. The studio and its deck are yours alone during your stay. Innsbruck is a gated community with a security guard at the front gate: please send us your vehicle make, model, tag number, and state before arrival so the gate is expecting you. Detailed arrival instructions are sent before check-in.

PARKING
Free parking is included: one space in the driveway on the premises, close to your door. There is room for one vehicle only, so please plan on a single car.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM.
- Optional early check-in: arrive up to 2 hours early for $15 per hour, subject to availability. It must be arranged at least 24 hours before check-in; details are sent after booking.
- Maximum of two guests.
- The wet bar is for coffee, drinks, snacks, and reheating. There is no stove or oven.
- There is no in-unit laundry; a laundromat is nearby.
- Please keep noise low, especially in the evening, out of respect for neighbors in the building.
- The community pool is seasonal and shared; follow the posted pool rules.
- Valhalla Resort services (golf, spa, dining) are billed by the resort, not by us.
