There is free WiFi and the SmartTV in the living room features YouTubeTV for your entertainment. This cozy home away from home has a kitchen featuring granite counter tops and full size stainless steel appliances. The cabinets are filled with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to create meals to remember. The drawers are filled with cooking utensils and flatware, cupboards with glassware and cups. The small appliances available for your convenience include a standard drip coffee maker, a toaster, an electric can opener, a blender and a new air fryer. Plan a cookout and use the gas grill located just outside. The dining table has four chairs with a bench and there are two bar stools at the kitchen counter. Gather round and enjoy! Just beyond the dining area is the laundry closet with both a washer and dryer. The main floor king bedroom has a private bath with a walk in shower and a jetted garden tub. Enjoy the outdoors and watch the wildlife pass by on the private outdoor patio with a table and chairs. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with their own bath, a television and private door to a deck sitting area. The front bedroom features a double bed, while the back bedroom is a king. The bedroom televisions can be used for guests' subscription login or the free streaming channels offered. There are ceiling in each room and the upstairs bedrooms are divided by a sitting room with a dry bar, mini refrigerator and a microwave. The loft area has a futon for one or two guests. Most people that pay this amount don't steal cheap towels. We enjoyed Helen, GA, but if I return, I'd stay in a different place. The door going to the side patio from the master bedroom needs a major cleaning. I made pictures. Some of the baseboards in master bathroom need replaced. Looks like there's water damage or mildew. There was a foul smell in kitchen area. I emailed & they sent Hal by. He thought it was the city sewer. He was extremely nice. It did smell better the next day or not as strong. Water pressure isn't great, but I'm sure the owner can't help that. ##### Cindy W. Reviewer Comments: We rented a cabin however upon arriving, on a motorcycle, found out the cabin is not easily accessed. I called to the hosts and they quickly worked with us to get another house, which was also on a road not good for a MC. We were in the middle of trying to find a hotel when Nita called back with a duplex (this house) and we were not homeless anymore! :) They worked so hard to help us out and I cannot say enough good about them. Check in was easy, access was easy (oh don't shut the front door without knowing the code to get in...they automatically lock and we found this out the hard way - LOL) and the location was very quiet and peaceful! The house was very clean and beautiful (especially the jetted garden tub for after our long rides). We were not at the house much, mostly to just sleep and shower/tub. Everything was great, It was comfortable and cozy! I think the hosts helpfulness were the best part of our stay and how amazingly accommodating and helpful they were to our situation. Couple of suggestions:Master pillows were a bit on the thin side. We took two from the upstairs bed. Knives in the kitchen hardly cut bread...they kind of need a good sharpening. :)Other than that...we loved staying with Georgia Mtn Rentals (and Nita was absolutely wonderful) and will definitely use them if/when we come back. ##### Kim B.
