When something goes wrong, it becomes very difficult to resolve because the hotline is extremely hard to reach and slow to respond. For a company that relies entirely on digital access, reliable and efficient customer service should be a top priority—but unfortunately, that was not our experience. "

"This is a very nice hotel in a lovely, quiet, safe neighbourhood with shopping, restaurants and cafes nearby. The bed was so comfortable and the room was so quiet, I slept exceptionally well. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a short ride (approx. 25 minutes) on public transport to all the tourist attractions. Eva at the front desk was very nice!"
