"Nice hotel very basic staff super nice and accommodating carpets in hallways seem dirty to me needing to be cleaned over all for price the room was excellent bed was comfortable and bath clean as well so I would give the room 4 star but exterior hallways 3 star for this hotel"

"I wanted cool air. It stayed hot throughout the night. If I open a window, it becomes cold. So, I spent an uncomfortable night. There was only set of Pillows and Comforter. Not sufficient. Did not want to ask reception for extra - should have been provided automatically considering the cost that was charged. Towels were small size (70*130). Just one bath towel, one hand towel. No coffee maker in the room. Coffee was available in the common area. Glass bath. Lucky that I stayed alone. Not for family or friends unless you want some exposure. Not worth the money."

"Room was clean and comfortable, would have likes to see more than 1 pillow though and maybe a blanket that covers the bed…staff was friendly and made self check in easier (could use some technical improvements to remove need for assistance altogether). close to columbus mall and a nice distance from the center to allow for walking / sightseeing en route. "
