Self check in worked as reception wasn't available on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Was scary at first as i had never dealt with this, i thought i needed an app called TheBird. Turns out i didn't, a screen in the vestibule enabled creation of a magnetic room key as long as you had your reservation # from hotel email confirmation (not expedia #, the hotel #). Staff was very friendly when i net them the next day and at check out. It all worked flawless, once i figured out the self check in process.

Great stay
FABULOUS hotel. It’s very new so all facilities are fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a supermarket literally next door. Viewing their local castle is a must. Very comfortable rooms. Walking distance to the local Rewe Center. Lovely breakfast. I will be back!

This is a Fabulous place to stay
Fantastic new Hotel. The rooms are spotless, new and clean. My room had a door opening up to the outside so it was really nice to be able to step outside from my room. Staff were super super helpful and nice. Taxi drivers were lovely. The local castle is a must see! Breakfast was AMAZING! But get there earlier rather than later as they don’t seem to re stock items. I will bring a group of people here and stay when I rerun. Walking distance to Rewe shopping .And it’s a big one. Nice place to stay.

Nice breakfast, good room and good location!
Everything was nice. Breakfast was great! Location is good. Nearby there is a nice park. There was no one at reception when I reached. there was no picking the call. Finally managed to find my way to do digital check in with the instructions outside. But it would have been great if they would have informed me. So unsure about the parking .

This is a very new hotel in Heidenheim - a town where I have stayed in many hotels. This is the best one in my view. The staff are super helpful and the hotel is really modern, clean and well-equipped - air-con in the rooms, balconies with view to the Schloss, TV you can cast to from your own device, excellent bathroom facilities, great breakfast and cool trendy vibe.

Sehr netter Empfang und super Frühstück. Nur Schade das man für das Frühstück keine separate Abrechnung bekommen kann. Das sollte man für Geschäftsreisende nochmal überdenken.

Bello, peccato per i cuscini e le tende
L'albergo è nuovo, pulito, camera grande, TV smart grande. Colazione buona considerando lo standard tedesco. Purtroppo, però, i cuscini sono scomodissimi e filtra la luce dalle tende per cui all'alba ci si sveglia. Inoltre in camera mia la ventola del condizionatore ogni tanto di attivava da sola facendo un forte rumore.

Die Zimmer sind groß und funktional modern. Die Philosophie ist spürbar. Das Frühstück phänomenal Lund alle sind sehr freundlich. 👍😉

A bit borring room - but great breakfast
Great breakfast :-) A bit borring room and internet measured fine but was too unstable for work - but I enjoyed my two days at the hotel - and though reception closed at 20:00 and my train was late the flexibility was great!

Rechnungsprobleme
Ein Problem hatte ich mit der Buchung. Gebucht für 92 € bei Hotels.com und auch eine Abbuchung von der Summe durch PayPal. Das Hotel hab mir aber eine quittierte Rechnung von 75,44 €. Das sei der Betrag den Sie von Hotels.com bekommen haben. Ich kann jetzt um die Differenz mit meinem Arbeitgeber kämpfen !!

Sehr nettes Personal, top Zimmer und top Frühstück , Lage sehr gut! Einzig negativ Expedia hatte ein falsches Zimmer gebucht bzw war für mich nicht erkennbar dass es ein Einzelzimmer war obwohl ich 2 Personen angegeben habe mit Alter! Das Hotelpersonal reagierte sehr freundlich und so bekamen wir kostenlos eine 2. Bettwäsche und Frühstück.

Gut und Zweckmaessig
Gutes zweckmäßiges Businesshotel mit neuen Zimmern und guten Frühstück. Zimmer zum Hof zu bevorzugen, wegen Hauptverkehrsstrasse. Ankunft am Abend eher schwierig - hier sollte schnellstens eine Lösung erarbeitet werden.
