We enjoyed the comfortable bed and bedding, the cleanliness of the room and the stylish design. There are some on street parking spots on the street outside the hotel, with paid parking also available. It’s about a 20 minute walk from the new part of the city centre and about 40 from the old part of the city.

Very close to main station, public transit and a walk away from most grocery stores fast food places. Room was quiet clean and comfortable. Staff was great and very friendly! Me and my dog enjoyed! Would definitely stay again!

Very friendly staff and beautiful artwork. The room was humid enough to note, but the bed was comfy. Deceptively good location given access to downtown given the train.

The place is clean and worth the money. There are no cupboards in the room, only open hangers. So just something to be mindful of. Outside of that, very clean room with a nice location.

This hotel is trendy with good design, room is clean, location is quite convenience, about 8 mins walking time from Heidelberg station. The wordings on the door tag is so lovely.

Overall a Good Stay
I stayed 17 days for a mix of work and sightseeing. Overall, I have no complaints except that the dinner food wasn’t that good. I never did breakfast there. It’s a very modern and “smart” (hi-tech) hotel. It was quiet, well-built, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Doing personal laundry was a slight problem as there is no nearby laundromat where the clothes actually get dry. I had to hang up laundry all over the room to dry it. I would stay here again.

Unexpected experience
Brillant hotel with trendy decoration. Excellent staff with welcome smiles all the time. The room is a bit small comparatively but it is okay for staying a night. There is a Thai restaurant just next to the hotel served delicious thai food which I can’t believe I am in Heidelberg.

Perfect travel hotel
Amazing! Great bed, powerful shower, easy access, extremely helpful staff. Really good breakfast but the lovely surprise was the fresh poke bowls that were available for dinner. This is really the perfect travel hotel.

Pretty nice stay.
The location of this hotel was great for us as it was right near the train station (our mode of transport throughout Europe) and also very close to the old town (15-20min walk) which was beautiful. The room was clean and the lobby had a cool vibe with a bowl bar. However, we thought, for the price you pay, that a kettle and complementary Tea and Coffee as well as a minibar (to store perishables) would have been provided in the room.

Myself and my fella stayed for 5 nights and we'd highly recommend, staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and had the best pillows ever, bathroom was great and had the best shower gel and hand soap, loved the fruit infused water at reception, only suggestion for improvement is, breakfast was over too early, if it was served until 11am I'd probably have had it, because we were on holiday it's nice to not have to rush down for the breakfast before 10 so we missed it everyday.

I love that this hotel is conscious of the environment without being preachy. Good location. Staff was helpful. The staff speak both German and English fluently. The only downside is lack of parking on site. We parked at the train station which was a short walk.

Beautiful hotel with interesting room design. The staff was very friendly, especially receptionist Rose who helped us find our way trough the city. It's a great location, 10 minutes walk from train station and right on the tram station.

Great location and cleanness
I was a solo traveler, stayed for two nights. The hotel and the rooms are extremely clean. I felt like at home and couldn’t complain about any issues related to cleanness. Nice and beautiful design , comfort beds, and very nice bathroom and shower. The staffs are very friendly and pleasant to support you. Great breakfast and many options are available. The location is super amazing , close to the tram and train stations and very close to the city center.

So clean and fresh. New and high quality facilities. Great bedroom bathroom absolutely everything was 5 star. Close to public transport too and the staff were truly wonderful. I’m staying there again and for sure.

I loved this property. Very clean! Even though it’s not in the heart of Heidelberg, the train station is directly across the street and within a couple of minutes you are back in the heart of it. This was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in in Heidelberg, and I’ve stayed in a lot.

A really nice hotel situated just behind the main train station. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. Mandy's Diner situated next to it is a great place to get a bite to eat or an alternative to the breakfast at the hotel.

I loved the ambience of the whole hotel, I loved the common spaces. The hotel really did feel like a tropical oasis in the middle of the city, and the reception staff were fantastic.

Excellent hotel, interesting decor, very comfortable sitting area, great breakfast, dinner is a poke ball, had it first night and so good had again second night. Staff friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Room was a bit cluttered, lacks a bit of storage space, comfortable bed, air conditioned. Whole hotel spotlessly clean. Easy 15 minute walk from station. About 2.5km from old town, easy walk or public transport available with 2 minute walk.
