feel, very deluxe ( expensive)breakfast, cute outdoor tennis court and cute small marble steam room in the lovely change rooms. Few things to improve: the pool area compared to the hotel is so daggy, dark, literally grey and frankly dirty. The pool/

with weak jets, bit small pool and both need a good clean ( reguarly!!!). But the areas awful, no natural light, like an office frosted...

"Big, clean and well-furnished room with a beautiful view of the city, with the sea in the background. Only 5-10 minutes or so by cab from the CBD, and 15 mins to Flinders Station by tram - the stop is less than a minute's walk away. It was very handy to have a kitchenette in the room. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent, reasonably priced with friendly staff. I stayed in three hotels in Melbourne, and this one was my favourite, even though it's not directly in the CBD. "
