Dot, welcoming and accomodating. Very attentive and would assist in any way possible.
Room - bed comfortable, hot shower.
Breakfast - cooked for the time you requested.(opted for no tom's)
Good location close to town centre.

Really great hotel and exceptional midweek value for money. Rate included a welcome drink and a cooked breakfast from the pub menu. Very central for shops bars restaurants and we walked back from the O2 Apollo in about 20 minutes. Quirky stuff in room including a vinyl player and shower fridge. Mini bar in room reasonably priced. Staff super helpful. Would stay again
