No control over the heating, only one radiator working ground floor, upstairs hallway radiator not working, boiler kicked in at random times, en-suit shower room, riser rail and door broken. Main TV in lounge very hit and miss, May sleep eight people, though lack of seating in lounge, very sparse kitchen equipment, our waste dustbins were half full, more importantly there were no contact details, or information pack.
