Guests have access to a private beach and a 40 foot dock, perfect for swimming, fishing, or simply unwinding by the water. We provide paddle boards, a kayak, and a pedal boat for your aquatic adventures, and the fire pit is the perfect spot to gather under the stars after a day of exploring the beautiful Idaho surroundings.

Guests enjoy full and exclusive access to the entire home, including the private beach area and boat dock. You are welcome to use all outdoor spaces, including the garden, balcony, and porch. The property features a private entrance and convenient on-site parking for your stay. You will also have full access to all provided water toys and recreational equipment to make the most of your time on the lake.

Whether you are looking to explore the natural beauty of the surrounding mountains or enjoy local shopping and dining, our location provides the ideal home base for your getaway.

Getting to our lakefront home is easy and convenient. We provide complimentary private parking directly in the driveway for your vehicle. While the area is best explored by car, you will find yourself surrounded by beautiful hiking trails perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. The property is located in Hayden, Idaho, offering a peaceful retreat while remaining accessible to local attractions. Please plan for approximately a forty-five minute drive from Spokane International Airport to reach our location.

You will feel tucked away while remaining close to everything this beautiful area has to offer. Hayden Lake is right outside your door, providing easy access to water sports and relaxation. The home is a short drive from downtown Coeur d Alene and near popular attractions like Silverwood Theme Park and Triple Play. Guests can enjoy nearby hiking, biking, and outdoor recreation. Check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 11:00. Please observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00. Events or gatherings exceeding maximum occupancy require prior management approval. Pets are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.
