The location is ideal as it’s an easy walk to the lake, parks, shops and restaurants. As a runner I greatly appreciated having the multipurpose Northern Idaho trail go right past our door. The house is very roomy and was clean and tidy. It had everything we needed and I appreciated not having to run out for extra paper goods or basics like olive oil. This property was perfect for this vacation. It is a lovely, spacious home, particularly well suited for all ages, including our 4 and 7 year-old grandchildren. The property is within walking distance to local restaurants, shops, a beautiful park/playground and Lake Coeur d'Alene. We highly recommend this property. ##### Nancy O. Two of my friends from work and I stayed at this beautiful home this weekend to enjoy a day at the spa at the CDA resort. This home not only matched the description shown, but it offered us the perfect spaces to bond. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean, and we had all the amenities we needed when prepraring food or watching a movie. We especially loved that everything we wanted to do was within walking distance so we were able to take in the downtown CDA feel aling the way. All 3 of us said wed stay there again! ##### Rachael C.
