The only thing to be aware of is there is no shower in either bathroom (likely due to low ceilings), although both have a mixer tap with a showerhead so you can sit / kneel and shower this way. "The Courthouse was perfect for what we required - easy to walk to the centre of Hay on Wye and all its bookshops and other unique shops, cafe's, pubs and restaurants. Having a bedroom and bathroom on the level access ground floor was ideal for our party (one could not manage stairs) The house was lovely and warm and cosy to come back too after some hours of book searching! Everything was as described and access via key lock worked well. We enjoyed our welcome pack to include fresh milk and a bottle of wine. The TV Firestick took a little working out, but we did in the end find the channels we wanted - perhaps a basic note with instructions? We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definately be back."
