Jade Gardens - Pet Friendly

  • Single level two-bedroom villa located in a quiet but central street and only a few minutes’ walk to beaches, dog park and shops.

    The courtyard is fully enclosed and features an outdoor setting with a shade sail and a foot fence. This is an ideal area for meals all year round or just to sit and relax after a day at the beach.

    Important Points

    -Shared driveway. Street Parking only.

    -Minimum fence height 1200mm.

    -You need to BYO sheets, pillowcases and all of your towels, or you may hire from the office at cost.

    -Strict no party or function policy.

    -This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc.
