"Lots of space to sit and talk or work or catch up with friends. Only minor thing for me personally was no decaf coffee because it meant that my mom waited for me to run to get some. Great location for walking everywhere and not taking the car. And the only reason we haven’t booked every year before is we didn’t know it was there. Will be back again."

"The outdoor area is a real plus, unfortunately we were there during a Noreaster so we didn't get to use it but had no flooding issues as it sits higher than some surrounding houses. The house is very well stocked and plenty of room for cars. The 5th bedroom is up a steep ladder but there was a daybed that we used in place of that 5th bedroom. Host was very accommodating to our requests."

Had everything you need. Easy communication with owner. Would rent it again and enjoy the offerings of the Island when better weather."

"The only real problem was the constant loud noise of air rushing outside the room from an air shaft along side the chimney. The staff was not able to quiet it. Most of the noise came in via the window a/c unit so removing it and closing the window would have helped. There refrigerator was warm when we arrived but, the evening clerk promptly got it running for us."
