Gite on the 1st floor of the house comprising on the ground floor accommodation occupied year-round (owners' family), comprising: an entrance hall, an entrance hall, a living room-kitchen-lounge (1 Rapido sofa for 2 people), 4 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm / 2 single bunk beds 90x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm), a bathroom (shower and WC), a bathroom (shower) and separate WC. Front balcony. Gite located 50 m from the owners' house. Located in a hamlet composed of a chapel and a few houses, in the valley leading to the Col du Joly, very comfortable cottage with quality equipment benefiting from a front balcony with a panoramic view of the valley. Warm modern and mountain character. Private parking for 3 cars. Free shuttle only in winter for the village of Hauteluce.
