Overall everything is just great, the staff is fluent in both English and Chinese, very helpful and patient. Other than the location (sadly the only weak aspect for it, quite far from all the traveling hotspot in Hat Yai - which can be a good thing cause its quite and peaceful). The experience in the hotel is nice, although on the first day, our aircon was not working. Called down and they quickly came up and fixed it for us. The service there is very efficient. The only bad thing about this hotel is the location. It is very far away from the town area, and there's nothing much near the hotel, 7-11 is about 15 mins walk away as well. It's very inconvenient. Whenever we want to return to our hotel after shopping at town area, many of the tuktuk uncles did not know where is lalita boutique and took quite some time to find the hotel. Overall, I'm still impressed because the service is very good.
