I will Never stay with this hotel again

We booked for 3 rooms and ask whether can cancel one of the room and get a refund, they said yes but not in cash. They will write in to Hotel.com for the refund. Lastly, they told us we unable to get a refund because they decided to follow the terms and condition.

2 night stay at Asian Hotel Hatyai

The air-condition of the first room on the first night's stay was not working & we were told to wait for 1 hour for the shower water to warm up. As we checked in late at night, we were too tired to wait & ended up bathing in cold water. I was sweating throughout the night. However, when we complained to the reception the next morning, we were changed to another twin sharing room promptly. We appreciate her prompt service. Overall the room is comfortable & clean, provided everything is working. Breakfast was simple, not much variety.

When walk in the room feel smelly, cupboard freezer bathroom everything is very old...air cond functioning no good. Next time I won't choose this hotel again.

The hotel is very old already, about 40+ years. It'll need a lot of upgrades. Room size is just OK. It looks clean but everything being old doesn't help in feeling comfortable. The WC wasn't working properly. Corridors to the room was dark and smelly. The good points is the location. When getting out of the hotel, to the left is Kim Yong market and Hatyai Plaza Centre. To the right would be Lee Garden and night Market. The train station is within walking distance as well. Lots of food around the area too.

Location of the hotel n price acceptable

The overall condition of the hotel, the lobby area n the room in general is acceptable for the price paid. But the condition of the toilet is unacceptable. It's mouldy, and the toilet bowl has ants all over. A refurbishment is extremely required asap.

Dirty and noisy

Room was old and the bathroom was dirty. At night, you can hear the muffled pounding of the karaoke from the lounge on the 2nd floor. I'm on the 7th. For a bit more, I'd suggest going to a better maintained and cleaner and quieter hotel. Asian's best feature is the location. But that's about it for it's pluses.
