The hotel was brand new, with lovely wooden floors and decor. Check in was easy and welcoming and location is close to shops, restaurants and Ueno station. The room is a large open space (we had three people in the flower room). There was also a portable cooking hob if you need to do simple cooking. We thought it was great value for the busy season we were in Tokyo. There wasn’t much to fault, only one minor things which may have made the stay even better- another option for pillow (although this may have been available, and I just didn’t ask).

Such a great experience. The view of the Disney hotel was magnificent. I love how the staff treated me with such respect and care. Top tier service with tons of patience for someone non Japanese speaking. I truly appreciate the service and hotel for what it offered. Need to book here again.
