Wonderful home away from home

What a beautiful home! We loved our stay here. Corey and Jessica went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we are in town. Highly recommend.

Incredibly relaxing

I usually stay with my parents when I come out to visit, but with the kids getting older I said "let's make it easier on everyone" and booked this VRBO. Just a delightful, stress-free stay! We stopped at Delight Donuts every morning (except Monday) and enjoyed the space to spread out and relax but still see my family.

Family Christmas

This is a charming old historic house with plenty of room for a group. The location is close to many businesses and easy to find. The only fault we could find was that the street outside is very busy and very loud until the wee hours of the morning. The street noise, however, is not the owner’s fault, and some of us just used noise cancelling earbuds at night- problem solved!

Book Elsewhere Due to house being on major Highway

If considering this home I would highly recommend you staying somewhere else! The main reason, is this house is located on a major highway and at an intersection. You hear every car that drives by, and every semi that stops and takes off from the light. This goes on all night and day! We got very little sleep due to this. In addition on Friday and Saturday nights it’s the Drag for all the young adults. Even drag racing off the light right in front of the house. We had to contact the police department because it went well over midnight. While this may be out of the homeowners control it makes for a miserable stay. In addition this house is not really kid friendly. I would say 5 and older are probably fine. Other than that the house has a lovely history and very well decorated inside.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home tastefully decorated , lots of room with plenty of bathrooms. Grooms family stayed in this home - 6 people altogether with ample space . Very clean and stocked well with towels, toiletries etc. Great kitchen with nice frig and stove. Would highly recommend

Great Location in Hastings

We traveled to Hastings for a family wedding. This house was a great gathering place for the entire family before and after the festivities. Centrally located with plenty of space and yard. Would definitely rent again.
