—The pool pump is currently out of service. We are in the process of arranging replacement, but at this time we do not have a confirmed timeline for when it will be operational again.  
  
🔥 Fire Ban Notice  
A Total Fire Ban is currently in effect. The use of the firepit is strictly prohibited at all times during this period. Violations may result in additional charges and penalties.  
  
Boarding Pass Required: Check your Boarding Pass for full check-in/check-out instructions, local tips, and property info you’ll need during your stay.   
  
We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected. Damage Coverage Options: • Non-refundable Damage Waiver – A small fee covers accidental damage (up to $250) • Refundable Safety Deposit – A credit card hold that’s returned after a clean post-stay inspection.
