Excellent

Excellent comfortable accommodation welcoming efficient staff relaxing lounges including board games. Great bar with great selection. 20 min slow walk into Canterbury. Fabulous breakfast. Large family room 321 beds really comfy lots of space to chill out.

Stayed for 1 night. Lovely room, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were wonderful as was the room and the food available in the restaurant. Only disadvantage was the lack of car parking but that still wouldn’t put us off returning.

Can’t fault our stay. Warm welcome at check in, very quick and easy to find our accommodation. Suite was bright, thoughtfully decorated and very very clean. All the information we needed about the hotel and services was either communicated directly or left in the room for us to read. Complimentary hot drinks, warm room and comfortable bed. Nicely equipped bathroom and a hairdryer which was really appreciated. Breakfast was really good and so quick. Never received a full English breakfast as...

beautiful hotel, enjoyed every minute - highly recommend ! the room was perfect, clean and we loved the small touches.

Honestly, from the moment you arrive it’s luxurious. Felt so isolated from the outside world, which was perfect for our couple time!

Reception staff very helpful, if you get rooms with balcony Excellent views. The spa gives great massages

I had a fabulous trip away for my birthday. This was the 3rd time coming here. The last time was 5 years ago for my 40th so thought I'd replicate it for my 45th. Both were solo trips. The pool is lovely, the massage and facial is booked were amazing and the afternoon tea was fabulous. The only downside was the dinner on my birthday. I'd stipulated it was my birthday on booking and been told they'd do something special for the dinner but other than a few sparkles on the table saying happy...

We know the area well and we're staying at the Marine Hotel for a wedding. We had the superior room but sadly it rained so did not really use our balcony. The room was warm, clean and the staff all very friendly. Everyone was very helpful and made you feel very welcome. We will definetely book again. They also have 2 dog-friendly rooms which is great news for our 4-legged companion.

We had a comfortable and friendly stay at St Peter’s B&B. We were given a ground floor converted stable room which was well furnished, comfortable and clean. The ensuite shower was amazing. Both complimentary continental buffet breakfast and hot cooked breakfast of your choice was available. The location was in the centre of Sandwich, less than 5 minutes walk to the shops. The sea is a longer walk but there is no traditional seaside as such. However, Deal which is only 15 minutes drive is...

Stayed in the Oak Room for one night - it has lovely views and the garden is beautiful. It is two rooms in the attic plus a private bathroom. There are low oak beams so take bumping you head as part of the charm and some narrow stairs.

Easily the best place to stay when I visit this area.

Had to arrive late due to a late ferry and had no problems checking in at half past 1 in the morning. The receptionist was very happy and helped us in all ways possible, including understanding how tired we were after a long journey and extending our check out time. Comfortable room with everything one needs for a quick stay, comfortable bed and a nice breakfast also included in the low price! Overall very happy with the stay.

Our stay at the Stables Courtyard rooms was excellent. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the wonderful staff in all areas of the property. The reception staff were very polite and friendly, and gave us all the information we needed for our stay and our wristbands for free entry to the Castle and grounds. Julie in the restuarant was really lovely - great personality and a high level of customer service. The dinner and breakfast were delicious - lots of choice in the buffet with also...
