"Location * Location * Location! We enjoyed our stay, it was a nice cozy home. We had a slight issue at check-in as we were unable to unlock the door but the host responded immediately and solve the issue. Very comfortable beds! There are stairs for the main entrance and the back door so not adequate for elderly dogs with hip problems (we sent ours back home after the first night). Other than that it was a very pleasant stay and deers did came by to visit every morning we were there. "

"So many good things to say about this property. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood just a short way to the downtown area. Also there is a good Mexican restaurant and excellent coffee shop within walking distance. It is right next to a park, which was a bonus for my family with three grade school/junior high age kids. There was plenty of room for a family of 5 and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The host was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this property for an enjoyable stay in Prescott."
