The Pro's: This is my favorite location to stay in Prescott. Five minutes from downtown, but in the cool pines and away from the hustle. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was also good enough to get the day started. The Con's: If you drive a low car BEWARE. It is nearly impossible to enter or exit the property without scraping the front end of your car. These are literally hundreds of gouges in the blacktop and concrete from where cars have hit both coming in and leaving. This is a design flaw and should be fixed as it is obviously an issue. Couple other small things. The shower has wall mounted soap, conditional and shampoo which I highly applaud as is saves so much waste, but the conditioner dispenser was empty my entire stay. I don't have a lot of hair left to condition so not a big deal just a detail. Other issue is that there is no place in the bathroom for towels. The towels are kept below the sink (Outside the shower portion of the bathroom) so if you forget to bring one in to where you shower are out of luck. Aside from the conditioner issue, housekeeping was good and room was clean. My advice is book to book this motel with confidence and enter and exit the property going very slowly.

There was a commotion, loud noises and people honking their horns about 2 o’clock on a weekday morning. The manager was able to take $20 off a bill, but I think she could’ve done better. Also, the air conditioner made some weird loud noises to interrupt our sleep schedule. Maintenance should have taken care of that before we arrived.
