"Excellent service. This was second time staying there. The hotel is clean and the rooms have amazing views. It was quiet and comfortable. I needed a wheelchair while there and the hotel loaned me one at no charge. The staff was friendly and very helpful."

"Parking was a little difficult, out front you could be ticketed or towed. They recommend you to park around the back in a dirt lot (this is the parking lot) didn't feel like a very secure location even with cameras. Room was clean, Wi-Fi was very slow so streaming shows wasn't perfect. Very rustic if that is what you are looking for. AC was only blowing room temp 1st night but was working 2nd night so I opened window but I had to be careful, looked like original wood....very rustic :) Staff were wonderful!"

"The location was perfect for enjoying downtown Prescott. We really liked having a separate guest house for our family members who came for a night. The house is reasonably well equipped for light cooking. Our great granddaughters simply loved the loft in the guest house!"
