"This property was a clean, great space to gather our group of 8 coming from Oregon and Sonoma County. It was all of our first time to Santa Barbara area. We enjoyed the fact that the space was large enough inside and outside to allow everyone their space. The hot tub was great and clean too. The kitchen had most everything that we needed to cook with except for a blender. It is a little removed from downtown SB and the Ubers were expensive because of it. Overall, it was a great time and would book here again in the future."

"What a unique and special property. It has a lovely vintage 60’s charm with updated furnishings and a wonderful layout for multiple families (separate wings!). There are lots of seating/gathering spaces, inside and out. The kitchen is very well stocked for both cooking and entertaining. PLENTY of dishes, serve ware, glasses of all kinds!! We can’t say enough about Tricia, the on site property manager, she is a great communicator and easy to get ahold of. The backyard & pool area are awesome, the view of the ocean out the front of the home is devine. The secret beach is simply beautiful, but you have to drive there (no walking to the secret beach), so packing up everything you’ll want for the day is a thing. If there are drawbacks, because everyone views things differently…the house has no AC, there were 3 portable fans on site which made sleeping bearable…but the main part of the house (living room, dining room & kitchen) get very warm during the summer days (we stayed end of July). Larger oscillating fans would be a great addition to the house! We had a fantastic time and will likely return in cooler months!!"
